We believe technicians in the field shouldn’t have to pay for the support tools they need to do their job. We’re currently in discussions with RATIONAL to maintain free and full access for everyone — no tiers, no upgrades, no catches.
Briefly, yes. Earlier in 2026 we introduced a subscription model. After listening to feedback from technicians, and after much deliberation, we made the decision to return to fully free access. We’re glad we did.
We contacted all subscribers ahead of our return to the free model to confirm next steps for their account. If we missed you, we sincerely apologise — please get in touch using the Contact Us button below and we’ll put it right.
The Team Builder subscription was originally designed for organisations managing multiple technicians, helping to reduce the cost of support across their entire team. With our return to the free model, Team Builder is now available at no cost — retaining all of its value as a management tool for organisations who want consistent, scalable, manufacturer-aligned support across their workforce. We’re also actively enhancing Team Builder to add further management value, so watch this space.

The CombicoPro App can be installed on various device operating systems with the latest updates* including, Android (with Chrome), iOS (with Safari), Windows (with Chrome or Edge) and macOS (with Chrome).
The CombicoPro app is a Progressive Web App (or simply PWA). Install it on any smartphone, tablet or desktop computer directly from the browser — it uses very
little storage space and requires no updates. By design, a PWA cannot access your device data or personal information.
*CombicoPro may not function as expected on devices using an operating system that is no longer supported or updated by the manufacturer.
