"The application is really brilliant and helpful.
I gave it a 4 because the chat process doesn’t flow well. Once you submit your request you are locked out and any time you don’t get to see the reply as you will be busy. And the continuous emails are not helpful. It’s good to get a summary of conversation after but there are just too many.
The support through the calls is totally amazing. The team makes the effort to call you for further explanation which is top class. They are with you through till resolution. Amazing support."

"The ultimate tool in your pocket
The technical breakdown of faults makes it so easy to use for new users and even experienced engineers, the little hints that slip your mind under pressure are there easy to read and understand, and as a training tool for new engineers it’s exceptional. Not needing a full serial number makes unit identification simple.
