Please be aware of the following important points before you install and sign up to CombicoPro.

1.

Training Requirements

To gain access to CombicoPro, all users must have successfully completed official RATIONAL Appliances training with the official UK training body within the last four years.

During the sign-up process, you will be asked to provide the date of your most recent training. This date will be verified against the official RATIONAL Training database. Please ensure the date provided is as accurate as possible, as access to the app will be suspended if the training date is found to be invalid.

If you have not been officially trained on Rational Appliances please click ‘Book Training’ below to visit the official training partner website.

NOTE: The above does NOT apply to users signing up as a non-qualified ‘Team Manager’ under the Team Builder subscription plan.

Gas Certification Verification

If you hold a valid gas qualification, you will have the opportunity to enter your Gas Safe Registration number during sign-up.

This number will be verified against the Gas Safe UK Register to ensure adherence to safety regulations. Successful verification will allow us to automatically disable warnings regarding the usage of gas-related documentation within the CombicoPro App for your specific user account.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For enhanced security, setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required upon account creation. We offer two options:

> Authentication App: Using a dedicated app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator (Recommended for highest security).

> Email Backup: A less secure, but alternative, option.

The setup wizard will guide you through the 2FA configuration process. Once you are logged in, your session will remain active until you explicitly select the ‘Logout’ option.
